Photo Effects is a simple but useful program that allows you to apply a quartz composition filter to any photo in you iPhoto Library or anywhere on you computer.  It currently accepts the following types of images: BMP, GUF, JPEG, JPEG 2000, PICT, PNG and TIFF image formats.  We have just updated it to version 2.0 which now supports Mac OS 10.5.2.  We have also updated this program so now it comes with an installer.  If you experience any problems with either the installer to the program itself, please email us here.
